Refund Policy
For our QAS self-study and nano learning programs, our refund policy is: Sheriff Consulting will issue refunds for courses cancelled by participants within ten days of purchase. For more information regarding refund, complaint, and/or program cancellation, please contact our offices: garthonline@sheriffconsulting.com
Program Cancellation Policy
If Sheriff Consulting cancels an on-demand course, QAS self-study or Nano learning program, an email notification will be sent out within 24 hours of the cancellation. The email will contain:
- The reason for the cancellation
- Instructions on receiving a refund for the course.
Complaint Resolution Policy

What are the standards Sheriff Consulting uses to design your courses?
Our courses have an in-depth instructional design process to ensure a high level of engagement by the learner and achieve our learning objectives. Sheriff Consulting is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.NASBARegistry.org
How will I receive verification of my CPE hours after completing your course?
A certificate is awarded upon completing our QAS self study and nano learning CPE
