Description
In this webinar, case studies will be used to apply specific areas of the CPA code of professional conduct (“code”) and the Assurance handbook to examine our ethical responsibilities and challenges within our profession. You will be introduced to a critical thinking methodology that can be applied to an ethical decision-making framework. Finally, we will explore current events relevant to the profession to understand how to deepen our ethical decision-making framework.
Assurance professionals have new ethical requirements under CSQM 1 and 2 (Canadian Standards on Quality Management 1 and 2) as well as other changes including the use of technology that requires an understanding of how these impact our ethical decision-making.
