For our QAS self-study (on-demand) and nano learning programs, our refund policy is: Sheriff Consulting will issue refunds for courses cancelled by participants within ten days of purchase. Our ethics courses are designed to meet the requirements as a NASBA sponsor (US CPE) and for Canadian CPD. We do recommend you review your state or provincial ethics compliance requirements.
If Sheriff Consulting cancels an QAS self-study (on-demand), Nano learning program or Group Internet Based (GIB) webinar, an email notification will be sent out within 24 hours of the cancellation. The email will contain:
- The reason for the cancellation
- Instructions on receiving a refund for the course.
A certificate is awarded upon completion of our live webinars and on-demand courses.
