Very professional (presentation and content). Timely and relevant to today’s workplace.
Garth is very engaging and also has found great ways to help us engage with each other, to break up the sessions so that we’re not just sitting and listening to him talk for the entire session. The information presented thus far has been interesting. Looking forward to learning how to implement/relate the information we obtained today to our work with tomorrow’s session!
Great course material and instructor
Very useful information, relevant examples from different perspectives. Markedly different than many other online courses – this was obviously designed with pedagogical concepts and elements of instructional design to make the concepts meaningful and reinforce learning. Thank you!
The course covered the changes well and described concrete steps required following the course. Well presented and clearly defined.
Very interesting, interactive, and informative.
The use of pop culture and real-life, relevant examples really kept the course engaging.
The presentation was excellent in so many aspects! I loved the speaker and the topics discussed. I don’t know the magic formula that was used but the structure and length of each segment (theory, visuals, example storytelling, videos, poll, breaks, humour, etc.) definitely kept my attention span to want for more! Wonderful work overall. I would definitely recommend it to others.
Honestly, this was a refreshing training. It was nice to learn tips and tricks, but also the resources and extra reading materials are valuable as well – great to share with the management team as a whole. We are seeing a lot of issues with retention in majority of public accounting firms lately – people really want to be engaged and feel valued. Hopefully we can grow and help our employees, and ourselves, see value in the work and feel like part of the team. Thank you for a wonderful dialogue today.
Excellent webinar. Garth, you are very engaging. You are right 4 hours is a long time but since you mixed up delivery methods it did not seem like it was 4 hours. The pop culture elements were great.
Very good arrangement and communication of the seminar, excellent presentation and very interesting content of the course. The best webinar that I have attended!
Enjoy Garth’s presentation style; relaxed, informal, engaging.
This was a great introduction to Blockchain technology. The course was easy to follow and did a great job of explaining the big picture view of blockchain for someone like me that started with NO understanding of its origin or basic principles.
It was a knowledgeable exercise and one that could be implemented universally across workplaces, not just for CPA’s.
I love this topic! As a fellow Gen X in the accounting profession, I can relate to when I was starting out in Accounting, now in the mid-end of my working career, working with Millennials and yes Z. Great presentation!
